Payment/Refund/Cancellation
Policy
Zen Well Health accepts the following forms of payment:
Accepted Payment Methods

Major credit and debit cards

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

Health Savings Accounts (HSA)

Aetna Maryland HMO Bronze plans, Silver and Gold Plans

Aetna Maryland HMO plans are accepted for Chronic Care Management visits only.
Coverage will be verified before services begin.
Insurance

Zen Well Health is out of network for all insurance plans except Aetna Maryland HMO for Chronic Care Management.

Clients are responsible for co pays, deductibles, and co insurance amounts required by Aetna.

Superbill requests may be provided for clients seeking reimbursement from their insurance carrier.
Financial Responsibility for Minors
Parents or legal guardians who schedule services for children are responsible for all fees.
Payment Timing
Payment is due at the time services are provided unless another arrangement is made in writing.
Invoices for Contracted Services
Payment is due at the time services are provided unless another arrangement is made in writing.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Appointments for Adults and Children

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be billed in full.

No shows are billed at 100 percent.
Events, Classes, and Youth Programs

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event start time.

No refunds for same day cancellations or missed events.

If Zen Well Health cancels an event, a credit or refund will be provided.
Memberships and Packages

All sales are final.

Packages must be used within the timeframe provided at purchase.

Services are not transferable unless approved by Zen Well Health.
Digital Products and Physical Items

All digital purchases are final.
-
Physical products may be returned unopened and unused within 7 days.
